We have received a lot of questions from you concerning the differences between two types of Forum proceedings (Abstract and Forum paper), and the publication in IEEE Xplore. Both Abstract and Forum Paper are the proceedings of YSF. They are not considered as an article by the Higher Attestation Commission. However, the advantage of Forum paper as the type of the conference proceedings, that meets IEEE quality standards and is published in IEEE Xplore Digital Library, is its indexation by the scientific databases like Scopus, Web of Science, Google Scolar etc. To make it easier for you to deal with the submission procedure we have created How YSF-2015 works Guide. Мы получаем от многих из вас вопросы о том, в чем отличия между двумя возможными типами подаваемых материалов на форум (Abstract и Forum paper), а также что собой представляет публикация в IEEE Xplore. И abstract, и forum paper являются трудами конференции и не рассматриваются ВАК в качестве статьи. Однако, преимуществом типа публикаций Forum paper, соответствующих единому стандарту IEEE и размещаемых в IEEE Xplore Digital Library, является то, что они индексируются такими наукометрическими базами как Scopus, Web of Science, Google Scolar и др. Чтобы вам было легче разобраться с тем, как устроена процедура подачи материалов на Форуме, мы сделали «путеводитель» по нему.
