Dear Professor Yatskiv,
A regional COSPAR Capacity Building Workshop on Planetary Missions Data Analysis will be organized immediately prior to the second COSPAR Symposium.
The workshop, the 24th in the series, will take place from 26 October - 6 November 2015 in Guaratinguetá, São Paulo, Brazil.
Please assist the organizers by bringing this opportunity to the attention of suitable potential applicants from Latin America with whom you may be in contact.
