Dear National Member,
You will find attached the schedule of the two Business Sessions of the
next General Assembly in Honolulu.
Please send us at your earliest convenience the names of your National
Representatives, and of your Nominating Committee members, for each
Session (i.e., four names in total, even if they are the same).
*The address to use is "iauinfos@iap.fr".*
These Sessions will be preceded on the first day of the General Assembly
by a "Welcome/Introductory Session", which I will chair and in which we
will discuss in detail about the votes and procedures to be followed by
your representatives.
