Weather
The weather in September is usually sunny and mild , typical daytime temperature is 20-25C, 15-20C at night. Rains are rare. Average seawater temperature is 22C.

Transportation
Attendees can easily reach Simferopol (SIP) by plane with direct flights from Frankfurt, Istanbul, Moscow, Tel-Aviv, Tashkent, Yerevan . Numerous direct flights from Kiev (Borispol, KBP) are also available. Simferopol may also be reached by train from Kiev (15 hours in road). Yalta is 83 km from Simferopol. Although it may be reached by regular bus or taxi from either airport or railway station, we URGENTLY recommend that you let the LOC know your itinerary in order to arrange group transportation from Simferopol to the conference site.
